MIKE DAISLEY
Litigation Attorney & Certified Mediator

Mike Daisley has practiced law in the Charlotte region throughout his entire 28-year legal career. With special emphasis in civil litigation, insurance claims and injury law, Daisley routinely represents severely injured victims of drunk drivers, and families devastated by personal injury and wrongful death.  He has successfully handled hundreds of claims involving catastrophic injury, permanent disability, wage loss (diminished economic capacity), permanent scarring and other damages throughout North Carolina, especially in and around Mecklenburg County (Gaston, Union, Cabarrus, Stanly, Rowan, Cleveland, Lincoln, Burke, Buncombe, Catawba and Iredell counties).  Previously in his career, Daisley worked extensively with and for major insurers such as Travelers, Penn National and State Auto, and served in-house as Chief Counsel to the Major Case Unit at the national headquarters of Royal Insurance In Charlotte, NC from 1993 to 1995.

Daisley also practices in other areas of civil litigation, representing a wide diversity of clients — from indigent and working families and community charities, to Fortune 500 corporations and major insurance companies.  For the last 14 years, he has added to his litigation skills by serving as a Certified Mediator in North Carolina’s Superior Courts, assisting in the resolution of more than 350 civil cases.
